When do tours operate?
Tours currently operate on Fridays and Saturdays, with times available at 12:00pm, 2:00pm, and 4:00pm. The facility is closed on certain holidays.
Is the tour pet friendly?
For the safety and comfort of all guests, only trained service animals performing specific disability-related tasks are permitted on the tour. Emotional support, therapy, or comfort animals are not allowed. Staff may ask the legally permitted questions under the ADA.
Can I visit without a reservation?
If you do not have a tour reservation, you are more than welcome to visit our Draft Haus and Kitchen to enjoy our beers, grab a bite to eat, and explore our outdoor area.
 Is there a waitlist if a spot becomes available?
Currently, there is not a waitlist for reservations on booked tour times. We encourage anyone interested in a specific time to check back frequently, as cancellations do occur.
Why can’t I see reservations for a certain day or time?
If you cannot see a reservation for a certain day or time, it might be because; -The reservation is too far in advance. Reservations can only be made 90 days in advance. -The facility is closed on that day/during that time. -The reservations are completely booked out.
Do I need to book ahead or can I come in the day of?
We highly encourage booking ahead of time, as reservations do fill up fast. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, we can accommodate same-day booking.

Where do I check in?
Check in will take place in the Retail section of our Draft Haus and Kitchen.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend that guests plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance. This will allow plenty of time for guests to check-in, grab water, and use the restroom prior to the tour beginning. Please note that there are NOT restrooms along the tour route.

Can I bring my child on your tour?
Yes, but please note that strollers are not permitted, as they are not safe for certain areas of the brewery.
