Can I visit without a reservation?
If you do not have a tour reservation, you are more than welcome to visit our Draft Haus and Kitchen to enjoy our beers, grab a bite to eat, and explore our outdoor area.
Do I need to book ahead or can I come in the day of?
We highly encourage booking ahead of time, as reservations do fill up fast. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, we can accommodate same-day booking.
When do tours operate?
Tours currently operate on Fridays and Saturdays, with times available at 12:00pm, 2:00pm, and 4:00pm. The facility is closed on certain holidays.
What is your Gift Shop return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order with receipt, for a full refund for cost of the item(s) only (excludes shipping and handling fees) within forty-five (45) days from the date of purchase.
