POTTSVILLE, PA  (September 3, 2019)— D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc., America’s Oldest Brewery®, is proud to announce a multi-year partnership as the Official Domestic Beer of the University of Central Florida Knights. Beginning with the 2019 football season, Yuengling becomes the Official Domestic Beer of UCF Athletics, with signage located in the football, basketball, baseball and softball stadiums.

In addition to the more typical sponsorship benefits associated with an official partner, Yuengling will also receive UCF Knights rights and logo usage, a combination of permanent and digital signage in the football, basketball, baseball and softball stadiums, football game day program inclusion, and hospitality for several UCF Knights teams.

Fans of the UCF Knights can look forward to enjoying Yuengling Traditional Lager, Light Lager, and Yuengling’s first new core product in 17 years, Golden Pilsner, which was released in 2018.

Yuengling’s partnership with the UCF Knights marks yet another investment in Florida with existing college athletics sponsorship deals with the University of South Florida and Florida State University.

Florida Distributing Company, which distributes Yuengling products locally, will assume a leadership role in assuring all elements of the partnership agreement are executed, including social responsibility messaging and community programming.
